Lakeview Motel & Apartments - Massena

The staff were very very helpful and really helpful the whole time of my stay. The room was reasonably large, also it had smoke detectors. The bathroom was reasonably spacious and it had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets for my convenience.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was immaculate. Everyone was affable and attentive.

The kitchenette was convenient, but I could have used an extra pillow.

Whalen Park nearby offered great outdoor activities for kids, while picnic tables and a community grill provided an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The laundry facilities were somewhat limited, and the gas grill could have been better maintained.

It was an excellent fit for a brief stopover in Massena with the best value. The soups made by the hostess were very nice. Make sure to try the soups during your stay.

The outdoor grill area and peaceful garden were perfect for unwinding after a long day. I could've used an extra pillow, but it didn't take away from how cozy and clean everything was. Highly recommend it 🌟
